I’m Shingo Kajita the representative of KIVO this year.

So here I want to talk about “Vision of KIVO this year” “character of our fifth member of KIVO” and “Enthusiasm of me as representative”.

First, about “Vision of KIVO this year”

One is “making the environment that child want to go library”

We KIVO sent books about 4000 and also built a library in this four years.

But still there are some problems that children in Nepal didn’t understand charm of books fully. And library isn’t working well as making good influence.

So this year, we want to tell how the good thing that reading books is. And also making the systems that children feel more freely to read books.

 

Second vision is “making the environment that each KIVO member can shine”

As acting as member of KIVO for a year at last year, I thought that I want to bring up our capacity of organization and group love. I think one of important element for moving organization of students is loyalty and love for organization. So as this vision said. I’ll gave many opportunity for growing up and self-expression. And making the environment that member thought like “I want to contribute to this organization and Nepal”

 

Next is about “character of fifth member of KIVO”

Fifth member have heart of consideration and independence of will.

We grew up with getting effective from first to forth member of KIVO.

From year of 2012. We did lot of work each other. And through many discussions. I realize that exchanging true intention with member is very important.

That not just we fifth only but also sixth is our important member for creating Nepal projects.

 

Our theme of doing project is “open up”

This means we’ll opening up future of Nepal, opening up KIVO’s future, opening up character of member and at last we will opening up a flower of smile of all the people that who are attending to KIVO.

 

And at last “Enthusiasm of me as representative”.

I love Nepal it self and people living this country.

I love KIVO

I love member of KIVO

Experience I given from KIVO and Nepal must be one of most important property in my life. Light up with light desired KIVO which is organization supported by lot of people and protecting them is my mission.

 

I have strong desire

“ I make happy all the people who are attending to KIVO”

“ international・・・what??”

 

I thought this when I first heard organization called international cooperation student organization KIVO.

Since “English” was one of my weak point. I avoid which named “international”.

 

Why I am attending to KIVO??

Answer is in member of KIVO.

 

“It is important to think what to do. But it is also important to think about who you do with”

 

“Did you select with member in your group??”

I often asked like that.

But I can answer with confidence that this is one of the way when you think about activity.

 

Doing lot of work in this year as member of KIVO, one little question was occurred in my head.

“what is the way we student can do in international cooperation.”

I went to Nepal with this question.

“If we can open children’s dream more” even this small hope. It takes time when We can see that effect.

“Is it difficult for us to giving them some good effect in short term??”

When I thought like that, one teacher said “this village is getting well since you KIVO came.”

 

I realize when I heard this message. How many smiles we made is one of the evidence that we gave some influence to them.

 

I think like making lot of smiles is just and most effective way that we students can do.

 

5 years were passed since KIVO went to start project.

 

The period that we can realize what is our strong and weak point and feeling lot of supports from others.

“world that books are read”

We, KIVO want to get advance for making this world.
